Brutha Solo (brutha-mcp) runs 100% on your machine. Brutha Enterprise (brutha-enterprise-mcp) runs 100% on infrastructure you control with your self-hosted PostgreSQL database. The Brutha binaries include zero phone-home telemetry.
Ergonsun LLC does not collect your prompts, memories, source code, indexed repositories, or private workspace content through the Brutha binaries. There is zero prompt or memory collection and zero source code transmission to Ergonsun LLC.
Data We Collect on brutha.ergonsun.ai
The Brutha website collects information only when it is needed to provide a service you request. This may include email addresses used for Solo download verification on /download, Team and Enterprise Customer Portal authentication on /portal, support tickets, questions, and feature requests submitted on /feedback.
Stripe processes payment and billing details for paid subscriptions and optional contributions. Ergonsun receives billing metadata such as customer, subscription, plan, seat count, payment status, and renewal dates. Full payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Ergonsun.
Transactional Email and Account Security
Transactional verification codes, account notices, and license notifications are delivered through Resend. Ergonsun uses strict DMARC, DKIM, and SPF authentication to protect these messages and reduce email impersonation.
Ergonsun never sells or rents your email address. We use submitted addresses to deliver the requested service, protect accounts, respond to questions, and send necessary subscription or license notices.
Necessary Cookies, Retention, and Your Rights
The Customer Portal and admin.ergonsun.ai use strictly necessary HttpOnly session cookies for authentication and account security. These cookies are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Website and portal records are kept only as long as needed to provide services, protect accounts, meet billing and legal duties, and resolve support requests. You may ask for a copy of your website account data or request deletion when legal and billing duties allow it.
