Editions and Grant of License
Subject to these terms, Ergonsun LLC grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the applicable Brutha binary during the subscription term.
Brutha Solo
Brutha Solo is a $0, single-user local binary licensed under LicenseRef-Ergonsun-Free-Binary. It may be used by one person for that person's private memory store.
Team Edition
Team Edition is licensed under LicenseRef-Ergonsun-Proprietary for 5 to 25 seats and one team Postgres schema. Pricing is $15 per seat billed annually, or $25 per seat per month billed monthly.
Enterprise Edition
Enterprise Edition is licensed under LicenseRef-Ergonsun-Proprietary for 25 or more seats and unlimited team schemas. Pricing is $39 per seat per month billed annually, or as stated in a custom annual contract.
Offline License Key, Expiration, and Solo Fallback
Team and Enterprise subscriptions are enforced by an offline Ed25519-signed license key supplied through the BRUTHA_ENTERPRISE_LICENSE_KEY environment variable. After a subscription expires, a 7-day grace period begins. At the end of that period, multi-user Team and Enterprise features automatically turn off and the binary reverts to single-user Solo fallback mode over the user's private memories until the subscription is renewed. No memory or other Customer data is deleted by this fallback.
Self-Hosted Data Sovereignty and Customer Responsibility
Brutha runs 100% on Customer's infrastructure and Postgres database. Ergonsun LLC never hosts, receives, or accesses Customer's memories, prompts, or source code. Customer is solely responsible for database backups, network security, access control, and infrastructure availability.
Billing, Promotional Codes, and No-Refund Policy
Team annual billing is $15 per seat per year. Team monthly billing is $25 per seat per month. Promotional codes offering a -$5 per seat discount apply for the first 12 months only, unless a written offer says otherwise. Customer may cancel at the end of the current paid term. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and no mid-term prorated refunds are provided.
Support and Onboarding Tiers
Team Edition includes email support at support@ergonsun.com. Enterprise Edition includes guided onboarding. Optional annual Technical Support is available under an order form and renews yearly.
Restrictions, Warranty Disclaimer, and Liability Cap
Customer may not reverse engineer the binaries, tamper with or bypass license-key enforcement, sublicense the software, or resell Brutha as a commercial managed-hosting service without written permission from Ergonsun LLC.
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ERGONSUN LLC'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY CUSTOMER TO ERGONSUN LLC DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
